Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please email us at birchtreecounseling22@gmail.com. Cancelations must be made 24 hours before scheduled appointment to avoid a late cancelation fee of $75. You will not be assessed a cancelation fee is you reschedule the session prior to the start of your appointment. If you or a family member are sick, we encourage you reschedule or switch to a Telehealth session. No fee would be accessed if either option is picked prior to scheduled session.
